 LAN has been a private corporation since it was founded in 1965. Stock is owned by officers, directors and staff employees. Our current team of Officers has over 170 years of collective experience, and have all been with the firm for ten years or more.
Kenneth H. Karle
Mr. Karle serves as President of LAN and is responsible for the overall management of the corporation that includes 65 employees in two (2) offices in New Jersey & New York. He is also in charge of architectural design and architectural engineering and is in charge of master planning, conceptual design, feasibility planning, and project management for all major architectural projects.

stephen j. secora
Since Mr. Secora's graduation from Villanova University in 1983, he has been employed with LAN. Mr. Secora has been involved with numerous projects relative to architectural engineering/civil engineering, data management systems, and mechanical and electrical engineering. Mr. Secora serves as Vice President and Corporate Secretary, and is responsible for oversight of the mechanical and electrical engineering departments.

michael J. mcGovern
Mr. McGovern serves as Vice President and is responsible for managing LAN's satellite office in Goshen, NY. Mr. McGovern's responsibilities include preparing proposals, assembling bid packages for State and municipal review, recommending award of contracts, conducting pre-construction meetings, and coordinating projects under construction by performing field inspections and construction management. Additional responsibilities include reviewing shop drawing submittals, supervising design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural coordination of construction documents.

steven J. Ramiza
Steven Ramiza has been employed with LAN since 1999. He is a Vice President and is currently responsible for all phases of environmental and facilities engineering projects, including: environmental investigations and remediation, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance.

Ronald M. Panicucci
Mr. Panicucci has been employed by LAN since his graduation from Stevens in 1983. He currently serves as LAN's CEO and Corporate Treasurer, and is responsible for the overall management of the firm.
